Eleven steps of the traditional jewelry casting process

2. the carver carves the wax mold from the design;
3. the casting worker makes a tree of the carved wax mold;
4. wrapping the outside of the made wax mold tree with plaster into the burning furnace for melting;
5. pouring the metal liquid into the billet shell and casting it into shape (if only one piece is made, the process is over; if it needs to be made in bulk, please continue);
6. turning the cast part to make a rubber mold;
7. making a batch wax mold through the rubber mold;
8. grouping the batch of wax molds into trees;
9. wrapping the outside of the made wax mold tree with plaster into the burning furnace for melting;
10. Pouring the metal liquid into the billet shell and casting it into shape;
